Hey everyone,
I’m thinking about picking up Modern Poker Theory by Michael Acevedo (just saw the new edition with Probirs’s recommendation).

Has anyone here read it?
Would you recommend it for a micro/low stakes MTT player who’s trying to build a stronger GTO foundation?

I mostly play small buy-in tournaments ($1–$5 range), and I’m also planning to go through the 30-day CardsChat MTT course soon — so I’m wondering if this book complements that well or if it’s a bit too theory-heavy at this stage.

Thanks in advance for any advice or personal experience!

Have not read it, but I have have listened to Michael do hand reviews and talk about his book and no the GTO lines in his book are too complex for use in that game type. If you have not studied the 30 day course I would def do that instead.

Agree GTO is difficult for experienced players too.

I haven’t read that book but anything you read and study will help your game even at low stakes.
