When You get tilted does IT really stop after a short (clear your mind break)?If You succede for how long?until the next sticky situation?van You really play like You played before a bad beat?

You can master self control just like any skill in poker if you put some study into it to try and figure out why you are tilting in the first place. If this is something you can’t get control of then you let one bad beat, which is part of the game, loose all future action because your pissed off and not thinking clearly. So don’t let that happen. The bad beat happened, move on and concentrate on what’s happening right now with this next hand.

tilt means your tilted. i guess the point is to avoid getting to that state. suchs if you're deep in a mtt and you tilt. hang on in that situation!

Honestly, I was frustrated by the fires, I stop playing for an hour or two until then I come back calmly, because when you get frustrated you can no longer control yourself and that's when you lose the most.

For a long time I have only lost and lost and lost... until now I don't feel so excited, but I think that in a while it passes, I think it will last until I win something again and I feel that the variance was on my side asjasjas. the only thing that really is to avoid placing more money than I already have, if I lose or reach my loss limit for the day I just stop and leave it for the next day, if I continue I am aware that it is more likely to lose because of the mental tilt I have.

I used to tilt until I realized the only person tilting hurts is me. Just accept you are going to have
bad beats and losing sessions and accept them in the knowledge that suck outs and winning sessions are
just round the corner.

certainly tilt stops, depending on Your frame of mind it even don`t start, and while We`re on Tilt we can't play properly, just relax, listen to a good music, take some deep breaths, meditation and Yoga helps quite a bit. GL and see You at the beautiful FT.
