For me, improving my game has been a mix of playing with intention and learning from my mistakes. I review
hands where I felt unsure, especially the ones that cost me a lot of chips, and I try to understand whether the decision was wrong or if it was just variance. I’ve also started paying much more attention to basics like position, stack sizes, and opponent tendencies instead of only focusing on my own cards.
On top of that, I try to stay disciplined with my
bankroll and my emotions. I watch training videos, read strategy discussions, and compare my thinking with stronger players, but I don’t try to change everything at once. Little adjustments over time, combined with patience and consistency at the tables, have helped me feel that my decisions are getting better even when the short-term results don’t always show it.
