When to know the right time to stop playing poker because sometimes my emotions take over me and I looses to much . Can anyone advice me to when to stop playing poker 😅

I also wonder if it's worth continuing to play poker, so many hours sitting down, so many mood swings because of the bad luck, is it worth it? I'll try to find that answer in the next 3 months.

I think we all need to play according to a plan, for example, 1 hour at the same time each day, and just track the results, it may help...
