For you, who is the best mma fighter in history? At the time of Pride and even a few years later, I thought the Russian Fedor Emelianenko was better, after a while, i thought Jon Jones was the best, because he beat the best in his category. Now, in my opinion, it's Amanda Nunes, because she also won the best and in two categories, and has two belts.

I think its probably somebody like mighty mouse. Think about a 250lb mighty mouse vs fedor, I dont think fedor would win. Or what would happen if fedor was 135?

Mighty mouse is a great fighter, I loved watching him fight, after he went to another event, I didn't follow him anymore. I didn't see his fights anymore, but I will be back, a very fast and precise fighter, very bad that in his category there is not much power to knock out.

I was always a big St. Pierre fan he was pretty good, I don't know about the best of all time but he was great. For active fighters Daniel Cormier and Khabib are probably the best who are still active, I am not a big Khabib fan but the guy has got to be giver respect.

Its a hard question to answer, the eras are so different and has came so far over the last 2 decades for sure. Also some fighters were maybe the best ever at a point in their career then fought for too long dimenishing their actual legacy. Although he is not very popular among fans, Bones Jones is hard to argue he is maybe the best ever to do it. PEDS whatever, whatever, I would guess there is a small % that do not do something illegal, he got caught. It is still hard to argue with he has accomlished.

In my opinion, the only two arguments can be Nunes or Jon Jones. Yes, Nunes is amazing right now, but what puts Jon over the edge for me is the fact simply no one has ever beat him in a sport where many things can go wrong to even the best. Yea he did PEDS but it's common knowledge among the MMA fighters that the man is still the most gifted athlete to compete in the sport. I mean his brother is one of the best defensive players in the NFL clearly his family has some good genes.

Best All Around Fighter for me is Georges St Pierre

He's very dangerous on the feet and even scarier when he starts grappling

The most dominant is not always our favorite. I agree that Jon Jones is one of the best, but I don't like his style. I prefer Anderson Silva style, who besides being champion for several years, also gave spectacle. Currently Amanda Nunes is the best and most dominant.

If we talk about ideal statistics, this is Khabib Nurmagomedov

But for me personally, Fedor Emelianenko is a legend. He fought when there were a minimum of rules, when a fighter could fight in three battles in a row during the evening.

Anderson Silva or GSP for me, tho I would have loved too watch a super fight between them in their primes back in 2007 say, I don't think that Anderson would have been able too stop GSP ground game.. Like Bisping said GSP was the better between the two that he has faced so who knows..

For as good a fighter Amanda Nunes is and has proven to be, she was beaten, IMHO, by Valentina Shevchenko in their second fight. It was a close fight but Valentina won it and should have become the 135 lb champion.
