Did I win bet or lose ???

I m really confused about my bet and why it did lose!Yesterday I bet on Juventus-Porto handicap2(+1) first half and the first half ended 1-0 !!!Did I really lose?Can somebody explain me?Cause I in this case the multiplier of this event must become 1 ....

I wrote to support and the manager answered me that my bet was not +1.0 for Porto but -1.0 ...Are they kidding me?How do you think?![/ATTACH]

Yeah can't actually read the text properly in either of the images, BUT, I know it's common in soccer for a tie to count as a loss, not a push (given how low scoring it is and how common ties are) so it's possible that's what's happened here.

Always read the conditions of the bet very carefully.

But if there was only -1 and +1 it is payment with odds 1
