Yesterday I watched a terrific match Slovakia - Canada. The hosts showed an excellent game, but with an equal score of 4-4, they missed a goal in the final seconds of the match.

The Czech just deserved to win against Germany. Germany could keep up for a long time and played well, aggressively. They could equalize a 0:1 in 2.ten third. Great matches.
It's a pity for Switzerland, they could have made a splash, but Canada was able to recoup in 0.3 seconds before the end of the match and win in overtime. Just imagine Switzerland did not have enough time 0.3 seconds.
Finland was constantly chasing Sweden and was able to translate the game into overtime. Well done guys good fight.
Russia was a favorite. But when the USA scored a goal 2 minutes before the end and the score became 4: 3 it became exciting.

ice hockey world championship is interesting to watch since the playoffs. Switzerland gave battle Canada, Finland and Sweden were uncompromising, in both matches were heated endings games and overtime. The US fought to the last against Russia. Germany failed the third period against the Czech Republic. in a whole very cool hockey. now imagine that would be attended by all the strongest players. we need to hold Olympiads and world cups every 4 years, then every two years we will see the best of the best. but the NHL only thinks about its profits and it's sad.
