I'm 43 and keen on keeping the chub off, cycling is my main hobby along with golf.
I've reduced my mileage and running isn't an option I just break down with an instant injury, guess I'm not built for it.
I'm a fan of youtube and zen dude group popped up with the good old fashioned skipping aka JUMP ROPE
well I'm hooked a simple instructional video on how to do it right and were away, I managed 30 reps on the first day. I'm pretty sure I'd managed two the last time I tried 20 years ago
anyone trying it to keep FIT ?
