Greetings!

Any Muay Thai fans? Any practitioners?
My physique goal is Buakaw, my skill goal is Saenchai. I personally love Buakaw the most, but recognize that Saenchai is the absolute most skilled. Insane Masterful sh*t.

Hi. I trained Muay Thai for a while. Very good sport. Excellent exercise and self defense. Liked a lot.
This guy on the video is a K.O. machine ! Very impressive.

Because I moved to an Island and no Muay Thai gym close by...
Now I Work as Dive Instructor, Spearfishing freediving, Mountain Bike and exercise at home as well.

are two different qualities. the muay thai and a very dynamic fight that involves agility and quick thinking power am a very fan and practitioner

I'm a fan of contact sports, Buakaw is the best peeler muay thai, I hope someday to see him fight in MMA.

Trained for a while, had to move and stop. Was intense and it was great :) Good luck man, hope you hit your goals
