PSG is way behind the Top teams of the Europe. Only money is not enough to win the Champions. Neymar was the biggest worst investment of soccer history. Over 220 millions of Euros they could get like 5 top players and create a way better team. To win the Champions you need like a 16 players team. Good substitutes as well.

I'm glad that Barcelona went to the next stage of the Champions League, it will be interesting to watch the quarterfinals
