Veikkaus is known for giving money everywhere but this kind of "charity" is something else. Funny thing, i wonder if there was others too,- betting sites paying winnings even you get reults wrong

Well lotteries do have the worst odds there is from what I have heard and governments get a lot of tax revenue from them. I guess in a way they are a tax on the stupid.
