Full Tilt Sit n go with 13 people left. Top 6 pay out. The blinds are 120/240. Last position with Pocket Kings. I raised it to 960. Then, this happened. Would you call here?

It's 6 handed and your raise came in the C/O (i.e. it's not going to get tremendous respect). You've committed almost 1/3 of your stack. Yes, you're going to see AA here plenty of times, but I don't think you can lay it down. You could still be up against any combo of AK/QQ/JJ from the BB, while the SB's range is much wider.

You fold and you are leaving yourself w/ less than 10BBs. I think you are pot committed and have the best hand anyway. These are the questions I would run through before I call:

What are the hands they could have and cards that could hurt me?
1) One of them has AA: you are drawing to 2 cards. Not great odds of one of them having this.
2) Both have Ax. You have them both drawing to 2 As or hitting trips or some strange thing. If one has AK you are really in good shape.
3) One has Ax and one has PP under you. 5 cards in the deck that can hurt you.
4) Both have PP smaller than you. You only have 4 cards against you in the whole deck.

I think numbers 2-4 are more likely so I would call.

I call in the spot everytime, unless it's for 10k. but why would you fold kings when you're playing for $1?

If you're properly bankrolled, the buy-in shouldn't matter. You make the play that has a positive expectation.

You call only to see the SB and BB show Pocket Aces..They rub it in even more by hitting the 5th Ace on the flop and you're busted..This is online poker right?

your ahead here IMO, the other players have some paint, maybe pairs and they want to double-up b4 break, and as it has been mentioned above, you are pot committed and to be committed with K-K in your hand, easy call.

You guys know I play on my gut feeling and taking a glance at that whole situation, my gut says kick butt and be proud even if you lose. Only one hand would beat you at this time. Hope it went well!!

It's difficult to lay down KK for 100 BB in a cash game. Why lay it down when you have only about 15? Insta-call imo.

There's a small chance you're up against Aces, but then there's a small chance that you'll be up against Queens and 20% of the time the Queens will win, but that doesn't stop you from calling with Kings.

with no information I call - the only hand you are worried about is AA and I don't think either of them have it.
Tim, I assume you must have some sort of read on these players? Have they pushed PF before? Is this the first hand they have played since you have been at the final table? This info is helpful in these situations.

I would call....my read is that SB is really the only had you have to worry about....it's either a bluff to grab your chips or really, really has something ....

I think the BB here has either small PP or or Ace/Paint and wants a HU with SB and wants you out of the hand...

Doesn't matter. Like I said, it's 6-handed and you've raised from the CO. A really tight shortstacked SB has a big range here, encompassing at LEAST TT+, AK and probably AQ, often wider. And a tight BB, as I said, easily has JJ, QQ, and AK in his range for shoving over, realizing SB's range can be wider than that. And you're getting great pot odds. I don't care if one of them ended up having AA, just please don't fold in this spot.

Is the question "does one of my opponents have AA so often that I don't have odds to call" or is it "should I fold because it's dumb to fight a battle at this stage in the tourney with this hand?"

The answer to both is "no," though.

This is standard cant fold situation. if they turn aa then u hve outs anything else you r way ahead so only 1 hand to be scared of and then i wouldnt be surprised to se ak aq aj suited

Here's my read on it... The possible hands they could be pushing allin with against your huge raise in the cutoff are:

AA, AKs, AKo, AQs, KK (yes another KK), KQs, and QQ.

Of those, the only hand that has you dominated is AA, so the initial impulse is to auto-call, but consider this:

Of the rest of the possible hands, AKs, AKo, AQs, and the other KK, are coinflips.... they could go either way.

You dominate only two hands, KQ and QQ. With ONE allin villain, I think I'd call, but against TWO? What are the odds that you have both hands dominated? Fairly low to nil I'd say.

So it's a coinflip. You ask yourself if at this stage in the tourney it's worth a coinflip to determine your standing in the money or not. I say not. Fold the Kings, take your lumps, and wait for a more opportune moment.

BTW, my prediction is that pco has one of those coinflip hands and Comein has the Aces, leaving you totally dominated, and without the chipstack to cover him, this bet isn't worth it.
