The key to this is how does the agg BTN play post flop? If they are agg pre passive post then calling is ok when you are deeper--if they are agg post we do not want to call as we will be check folding far too often--therefore we would be 4 betting to 2.5x their 3 bet folding to a shove.
How the V plays is what matters but calling is seldom good unless they check down often or over play weaker AX hands often.
