On certain online poker sites, they are incentivising you to play AoF for "free" rewards. Now I find myself loosing more in AoF as it is obviously very diferent to normal poker which is why I was wondering wether there is a mathematically correct way to play AoF (which hands specifically), especially regarding Sit&Go situataions where you dont have a lot of intel on your opponents

It's high variance, some here will even call it gambling. Good table pick and using a chart for your opening hands is important.

You could add the hands that qualify for the jackpot. But not sure it's worth the ROI.

That makes sense. I guess wether its worth is just very dependant on the rewards youll receive for playing. I even partially agree with the gambling part. Just really random especially if you are button/utg and suddenly go 3 way to the flop or smth. Definetly not as fun/rewarding as normal poker can be

I'd also say it's more gambling than anything.
But from my perception there's a little more control in the Omaha version.
There you can at least see the flop before deciding to fold or to jam

Yes preflop all-in or fold situations are 100% solved, and there is software, which can tell you the GTO solutions, including ICMizer. That particular program can not take rake into account though. But I guess, you can just do chip-EV calculations and then widen the jamming range slightly but tighten the calling range.

Tools are forbidden at GG . You can only use the built in HUD
Just simulate situations with solvers offline

ICMizer and similar software is used away from the tables for study purposes, not while you are playing. This is common for all poker sites.

AIOF tourneys are the purest of icm tests.

They are the easiest game to multi table and very easy to master with an icm tool. After playing a set, just dump the hands into a icm tool and review them for errors. Do this for a couple of weeks and you will have it down.

This format should have a very low sustainable ROI, but players cant seem be bothered with icm and you can generate much higher ROIs than you would think.

If you played most hands you would be out quickly

I played for free many of them , I had no chance at all , I gained no ticket , nothing so I stopped playing them . It seems a good opportunity to build your bankroll for free , it seems but it isn't

In normal poker most players will fold bad cards making the chances of bad hands winning less, if you are in the blinds in an AoF game you will be all in therefore making bad hands win more often. This is just a way of making you except bad beats and widening your playing hands making the money move quicker.
