He could add commentary afterwards, but I agree that commentary should be made at the time as you know better how you are thinking. Then you can laugh at yourself afterwards as you say what the hell was I thinking?

I have 7.3k vpps to make before 31st to maintain supernova...... with a br on stars for 5nl,, I dont think I'm gonna make it

1st your FTP account is never debited.

For every 1000 FT points you spend FTP deducts $4 (used to be $5) from your Monthly Gross Rake (MGR). You earn 27% of your MGR in rb. So for every 1000 points you spend you lose $1.08 in rb.

Now let's assume you have raked $100 in a week and spent 20K points. You MGR for that week would be $20 ($5.40 in rb) because you'd lose $80 off your MGR for the 20K points used.

If you'd only raked $50 in the week that you spent those 20K points, your MGR would be -$30 and you'd get zero rb that week. The -$30 balance would then carry forward to the next week and so on until you cleared up the negative balance and started earning a positive MGR again.

1 more thing I should mention is that Cash Bonuses from the Black Card store don't work the same way. Your MGR is hit for the full amount of the bonus (not the points spent) but only as it's cleared in the $20 increments.

So if you buy a $500 BC bonus for 140K your MGR will be hit for a total of $500 as it's cleared making the actual value of the bonus $365 (73% of the face value). This is a better deal though than if it hit your MGR for the points spent value of $560.
