No, I don't think so. At least I don't drink alcohol when I play as alcohol takes away my focus of the game. I stick with water, Coffee or tea at home or with juice or Coke with friends.

I’ve never really paid close attention, but I think it depends a lot on the amount. When I drink too much, it definitely makes things worse. But if I drink just the right amount, it might even help a bit — though I’m not entirely sure.
