Yes, totally agree. Sometimes I'll drive to I-35 and get into traffic just to test my patience. Waiting in line at the dollar store can be a test in advanced patience... Around here, at least. 😣
Master patience and rake in the big pots. Wasn't that Mikey's strategy, to rake in one big pot an hour? Of course if you sit there and wait on a really nice hand nobody is going to wanna get involved w/you. Mix it up a little bit but don't go crazy or anything, unless you flop a set, of course. 🤑

Yes, it does teach patience over a long stretch of time. Very rarely can you get a run where you don’t fold or lose hands.

Then the blinds will eat you up. And everyone will fold when you get a good card. So I would suggest to play more out of the box and individualize each player. Statistics solve a lot of problems in poker. It is the main tool to win!
