Morning / Early Afternoon
I usually wake up without an alarm, since my sleep schedule is shaped around my late-night grind.
I make a light breakfast and start with a mental warm-up: reviewing
hands, checking solver spots, and running a few range drills.
After that, I get some physical activity in — either the gym, some stretching, or a walk — just to clear my head and stay sharp.
I also prepare my meals and snacks for the session ahead.
Afternoon — Starting the Grind
I set up my workspace: multi-monitor setup, HUD, notes,
bankroll tracking — everything in place.
Then I choose which tables or tournaments to play based on the softest traffic available.
I play in focused blocks of about 1.5 to 2 hours, taking short breaks between them to avoid fatigue and keep my decision-making sharp.
Evening — Prime Time
Evening is when the online games are at their softest worldwide, so this is usually the most important part of my day.
I run long sessions here, especially if I’m playing tournaments — MTTs can easily keep me going until 3–5 a.m.
If I’m playing cash instead, the pace is steadier but still very profitable at night.
Late Night
When the session ends, I do a quick review of the key hands.
I also take notes on my mental game — things like confidence levels, tilt moments, emotional leaks, anything that stood out.
Finally, I wind down with something relaxing: a series, some reading, or a bit of gaming before bed.
