I wonder how people with a lot of experience continue to improve their game, because I understand that so far there is no desire to grow at the limits above, but I get a good return on investment. Which is better: playing your game and gaining distance, or learning something new?

Both simultaneously. It's a continuous learning by doing anyway so you could learn and observe your and your opponents game while playing, learning acting, keeping composure, there are line 1000 aspects.

The main thing is understanding... The more experience, stability comes first, and then, whether you want or not, you will still grow up)

I just analyze my game and the mistakes I unfortunately make from time to time. I often take screenshots of situations where I played poorly, where I made a mistake, and after the game I try to analyze my actions to avoid such mistakes in the future.

It's always important to improve your game; if you're being profitable, it means you're on the right track, but you should never become complacent because the game is constantly evolving.

Cleaning up and strengthening your preflop is one of the easiest and fastest ways to improve your overall game. Many players, especially at low limits, often lack the balls to pull off big bluffs, which in turn makes them highly exploitable and predictable in the eyes of smart opponents, who simply stop paying them off. This means they lose tons of value. It's important to remember that poker is a game of ups and downs. And to survive the downs, you need to play rationally and keep a cool head during the ups.

Since serious players at your stake/buy in level try to improve their game you are forced to do the same.
At the moment you are winning but without further studies you may fall back in 2 or 3 years.
New players are aiming for your throne, reg players in your pool are also doing this.
So ongoing studies are a must.

For me, improving my game has been a mix of playing with intention and learning from my mistakes. I review hands where I felt unsure, especially the ones that cost me a lot of chips, and I try to understand whether the decision was wrong or if it was just variance. I’ve also started paying much more attention to basics like position, stack sizes, and opponent tendencies instead of only focusing on my own cards.

On top of that, I try to stay disciplined with my bankroll and my emotions. I watch training videos, read strategy discussions, and compare my thinking with stronger players, but I don’t try to change everything at once. Little adjustments over time, combined with patience and consistency at the tables, have helped me feel that my decisions are getting better even when the short-term results don’t always show it.

I try to improve by reviewing hands after sessions and spotting mistakes. Watching training videos and reading strategy articles also helps me see new lines. Talking hands over with other players gives different perspectives. And of course, putting in volume while staying disciplined sharpens instincts over time.
