You have to accept the variance and think long-term...bad beats are part of the game.

If you cant control yourself just leave when you are in a cash game .In a MTT or SNG you will have to try your best and hope to get some chips back, perhaps from the gambler .

A good question, I would like to know the answer: LOL: I regularly go tilted and it affects me for the rest of the game, but it only happens to me when I lose to a very bad player, when I lose to a good player it hardly affects me.

Sometimes it happens, it goes well ahead, suddenly bumm... to the ground, there's no way we have to accept the variance, and leave the game for another time.

Before, I couldn't avoid tilting when I lost a strong hand that was practically won. Nowadays, I've learned that it's part of poker and should be viewed naturally. Keep going without despair or discouragement. Variance is a normal part of poker.

Lean back in your chair, take some deep breaths, and say to yourself "That hand is over. Concentrate on the next one."

I have been dealing with this every day for many years now. It is a completely normal phenomenon. If you think that such situations are rare, I can assure you that this is not the case. Such situations are simply an integral part of the game, at least “online game.”

This skill is acquired with experience in the game. You need to accept that you won't win every tournament and hand. Do everything right, and then we'll see what happens.

The more poker you play, the more tolerant you become to tilt. Bad beats will always happen, and there’s nothing you can do to change that. What really helps is mindset: instead of getting angry, accept that variance is part of the game and that bad players can sometimes get rewarded for playing poorly. If you keep making good decisions, you’ll be rewarded in the long run. Good luck at the tables.

Yes, eventally variance should still lead to positivity in the long term.

The more will play, less tilt you'd be (in theory)

Tilting is a symptom of not understanding the game you're playing. Losing hands, tournaments, sessions, months and even years is part of the game.

If you can review a hand and be sure you made the right play. There's no need to be tilted. Carry on making the correct plays and the money will flow your way at some point.
