I look for the chip leader at the table.

After that I check to see at what frequency each player goes in on hands.

How often they voluntarily put chips in the pot. How aggressive they are. Bet sizing and bet frequency.

WIth luck we can see them show down some hands before we tangle up with them in a big pot.

Look at their chip stack and if they’re big stack, are they pushing everybody around just for the fun vet or are they being real serious about it? Oh, I’ll just be real be serious be observant. Just keep an eye on them and not their trends

What do you observe about your opponents when you have just entered a table where you have no information about your opponents?

First of all, I look at what cards my opponents are playing with and I also pay attention to how they place their bets. I always make notes where I describe the important points in detail. For the first 20-30 minutes at a new table, I play very cautiously with strong cards only, and all this time I'm watching my opponents play, collecting important information and making notes.

I pay attention to what is being said, who is opening too much, who is 3 betting, how they are playing post flop. If we are lucky enough to see what cards they play and from what position then that’s great. I also pay attention to their bet sizing, this will tell a lot about a player. It’s up to you to find the weaker players at the table and to do this we must be paying attention when we are not in the hand.

For live game how they sound or talk about hands newer player or experienced how they hold there cards how they are positioned in there seat confidence or timid
