It's all about focus for me. I try to stop loosing my focus by browsing internet or doing other stuff on the side. It is so important in online poker. Notifications, social media, multiple tables at the same time can all impair the quality of decision-making. I believe a player who consciously minimizes distractions and focuses on the game gains a significant advantage on the long term.

offpoker exercises such as functional training, yoga... running... clearing the mind of the PC screen is very good for when we are at the table, increasing the focus on the game! Go to everyone!!!!

I don't think that not big changes will lead to a significant result, only a serious approach and work on the game

I love to watch some streamers playing. Some of them are telling what they do and its like study session. For example I like to watch russian streamer minthon. Sadly he speaks mostly russian, but for me its okay as I understand that language pretty well. Good luck in improving your skills.

1.) There's no point in sitting down to play when you're nervous, tired, or tense, because these states will affect your game.
Other words: don't get carried away by emotions.
2.) If the game doesn't work that day, then find something else to do. Whatever you do, that day is not yours. If you stay, you'll end up playing from emotions anyway - back to point 1.)

For me it was definitely table selection. I stopped just sitting at the first open seat and started looking for tables where players were making obvious mistakes. If the weakest player leaves the table I leave too. It is a very small adjustment that made a huge difference to my win rate over time.

I believe it's the change in habits, such as playing after eating and resting enough, as well as not bringing problems from outside the game into it.

Trying to be more logical and less emotional also works to some extent.

These are some of the habits that I consider to have given me the most results.

i fell like with alot of things a complete overhaul in process/playing is alot harder and alot less sustainable due to the results not being what you want and also being alot harder to accomplish and maintain, identifying and implementing small changes periodically and mastering or getting completely comfortable with those until there ingrained into your game is alot more impactful, realistic and reasonable IMO.
