The more the merrier, We play 11 at our home game. You need to play premium hands to even be in the pot or get really lucky when you play lesser hands, which happens. Improve your bluffing skills.

I like to play at the 9-max tables, I prefer cash, as it is not tied to time as in tournaments. If you need to get out, then it's no problem in the cash, you pause the game and quit, while in tournaments you can get out only through a loss)).

I always prefer a 6. Always find in tables of 9 people tend to play slower and it just annoys me!

It all depends on my time frame, I like 6 player if im in a hurry. I dont like 9 players because it takes a lil longer but I do play em if available and bored..lol. Good luck and crush em. 🍻

I prefer 6 max. I don't like many players at the table.

For tournaments, definitely 10 players (live) or 9 players (online). As a TAG (tight-aggressive player) I find that 6-max tables require me to play more hands than I want to be playing, and even 8-handed doesn't seem to suit my style. I know tournaments are a marathon and not a sprint, which is why I mainly stick to playing the top 15% of hand values. Tight is right!

For cash games, I much prefer 6-max because it is incredibly boring to just play 15% of hands, as opposed to tournaments where my mindset is to have extreme patience due to the length of time it takes to win. So for cash, I prefer to open up my hand range really wide and play a LOT more hands and do a LOT more bluffing against certain player styles. So it becomes the opposite from tournaments - playing full ring tables with such a wide range is big trouble, but it suits 6-max format much better.

Hope this helps, just my opinions!

I prefer cash 6 max zoom for me this is an ideal format, but I also play classic tournaments where there are 9 people at the table

Mine is about four foot by two and a half, far from massive, but big enough for my desktop.

I generally prefer to play a full (10 or 9) table. I will play a six handed game occasionally, but prefer the larger table.

However, if you are learning to play poker, I have heard it suggested to start with a 6 handed table.

I don't have a preference for table size, but it's definitely better to play 6-handed, as the action tends to be bigger and more exciting if you know how to play at these table sizes.

thanks for the question!) he helped me make the right decisions

entering a tournament I do not pay attention to the number of players at the table, but after reading this question I remembered what I like more and are lucky in the game with 6-4 players at the table. Most likely I need to choose now .. That would be a winning choice!) I really play better at small tables.

I love 8 handed turbo tables - have had my best successes on these.
