merge is a good site good people they do not have the people like they used to but they are overwhelmed with cashouts right now nothing you can do.

Carbon NOT Reliable

There are people that are misleading on this forum that are most likely associated with Carbon. Anyone that actually plays there and has a real bankroll will tell you that there is an enormous issue, especially pointing to the fact that they no longer provide customer support in any way, go ahead contact their support email see if you get a response. If you claim that it takes 8-12 weeks even though the site claims 6-8 weeks, then I shall receive my check within 2 weeks as it has now been 10 weeks. Carbon Poker is a scheme and regardless of whether I get my money or not they are still garbage unless you're content with cash outs upwards of 3 months and no customer support. I will be in and out of this forum with updates on my check. Anyone that has issues needs to start taking action so that this problem can truly be recognized!

Where are all the people who were/are saying Carbon was a scam now?

Seems like payouts are finally picking up.

They STILL ARE WRONG for stating payouts come withing 5-8 weeks when it LOOKS LIKE FOR MOST PEOPLE something like 9-12 weeks, but it is what it is.

CARBON IS PAYING OUT, AND IT'S TIME FOR THE RUMORS OF A SHUTDOWN OR THEM NOT HAVING THE MONEY TO PAYOUT TO STOP.

i never have had a issue cashing a check at any of the merge sites takes 4 days after you go in the bank give it to a live person thats all you need to do.

well, i stopped playing on carbon little over a year ago now..2 people i had known had got their withdrawels cancellled after waiting for word for like 3 months,, then they were suddnely cancelled and carbon had no reason.. both of thier withdrawels were fro like around 2k.... IDK what its like now,,, but GL to all who still play th ere and hope it works out ok.... I PLay mostly alll on BCP, ACR,,,,, and occcasionaly bovada.. seems way bettter.... for usa players anyways I do miss carbon software sometimes,,, it was prrettty goood....

Their cashouts are weird some are receiving them in a little over a month while plenty are still waiting 3ish months.

i liked carbon when i played there, but with waiting as long as I did for my cash out compared to what I did with ACR I couldn't justify starting another roll with carbon.

Average wait times from the update before last (for comparison):
Checks: 91.44 days
Bankwires: 52.27 days
Skrill: 83.5 days

Average wait times from yesterday's update:

Checks (n=90) reported processed and recorded with complete information:
92.86 days

Bankwires (n=10) reported processed and recorded with complete information:
43.20 days

Skrill (n=6) reported processed and recorded with complete information:
81.83 days

A few notes:

These averages are somewhat generous towards Merge in that if a player posts full information up to the process date but does not post the CIH date, I am giving Merge the benefit of the doubt and the benefit of a few days by calculating the time it took until the process date. If I find full information I count the days until CIH.

These wait times are not my prediction for how long cashouts will take if they are requested now or at any time in the future. In fact I make no predictions for how long they will take, although if I did have to guess I wouldn't see a reason to deviate too dramatically above or below these dates. One would need a concrete reason to do that, and I have no concrete reasons of the sort.

In the previous update I had combined the bankwire and skrill reports because the sample sizes were/are small and I figured I'd combine them since they're both supposed to be speedy. I wasn't paying attention at that time to the significant difference in days players were waiting between the two withdrawal methods. So at the top of this post I've separated the two to show what the wait times were for the two individual methods.

The good news is that the average wait time for bankwires has gone down by about 10 days since the last update.

The unfortunate news is that checks and skrills continue to be unacceptably long, with average skrill wait times only having improved by just under 2 days, and average check wait times actually having gone up by 1 day.

From 2+2 I guess for the most part not getting any better, that is pretty sad. I hope this isn't Lock 2.0.

Unfortunately, my case would definitely ruin this math because for exactly 2 days my skrill withdrawal will reach outstanding, or as you mentioned, unacceptably long 100 days
The funny part is that i actually have a bank wire method verified but i decide to take a long way and expensive one...
From Carbon support they keep thanking me for my patience, but truly, i do not have any anymore.

I think some banks try to bleed you when a foreign check gets deposited . however, a hundred dollar fee ; find a new bank , that's ridiculous ! btw , my carbon account went so low its not worth cashing out .

Carbon Poker Not Paying

It appears that Carbon Poker is not going to pay me out. I submitted a withdrawal request and fulfilled all documentation requirements. However, that was in the first week of June. And, no check.

One reason On Line Poker is diminishing in popularity is the fact that many players fell they will not be paid out, in the event they win.

This isn't anything new, but it's also not that they are keeping your money. The withdrawal times range from 2 months to 4 months right now.

I just got this email from carbon. does this sound legit? Should I do it? It basically says I am eligible to do my withdrawl via a "peer to peer" transfer, and if I click the link it takes me to a "live help" box. I didn't go any further...wanted to check it out first. What does that mean, peer to peer transfer?
