Pokerstars blocked account

Hello.
One month ago i registered with pokerstars.
Nick name - SaKy_SVK
Everything was OK i fill details i said good lets make deposit
I deposited 370£ and i said i want bigger bankroll so i deposit another 330£ .
After making SECOND deposit they blocked my account just on the screen was your account has been blocked pleasd contact support
I did and they ask me who is SVKubiakUK i said its my school mate so ok please send us ID which you are holding in your hand i did and they ask me again i need to send proof of adress i dont had it because i just moved to UK . After two weeks to get some proof of adress i finally did and i sent to [email protected] a send also to [email protected] and also [email protected] because they was not able to help me they sent me email like we are busy who cares? Players accounts must be NUMBER ONE i think.
No answers guys nothing its micromillions series and i cannot still play they dont respond i feel very dissapointed.
