Las Vegas Sands (Venetian/Palazzo) and its CEO, Sheldon Adelson, have significantly escalated their efforts to ban online poker & online casino gaming. Adelson has set aside tens of millions of dollars to devote to the effort and has recruited former NY Gov. George Pataki, Former AR Senator Blanche Lincoln, and Denver, CO mayor Wellington Webb to serve as spokespeople for this anti-Internet gaming coalition. Let's be sure to take action for our game today!

USA Today ran an editorial against online poker & online casino-style gaming that reads like it came right from the talking points of the Venetian and its CEO, Sheldon Adelson. The editorial got just one thing right: "The rest of the gaming industry, aided by an activist community of poker players, will likely mount a furious counterattack." Let's take action:
