Major Concern Over Fair Play (ACR/Black chip)

I too have been experiencing the disconnection issue but it didn't feel like a 'scam' to me. More like a software glitch.

Out of curiosity, I was wondering why they'd target your account to 'make their money'... Your last 100 games on the network have 'almost' all been freerolls with like 5 games sprinkled in of $1 to $3 buyins and maybe a dozen 10cent & 50cent games. How much do you figure 'they' are making from that?
Wouldn't the bad publicity make it not worth the $10 they're supposedly making?
Why would they want their site to run poorly? Don't you think that could potentially cost them 100's of thousands of dollars (or millions?)?
Why would customer support provide a detailed response in an effort to help out the customer? Doesn't this appear like they are trying to help?

I've had the disconnect issue at least once an hour for a few weeks. I haven't timed out, so it's not costing me money, but definitely an inconvenience.

so the other day im guessing all their robots went offline (or a region) as it was only 2-3 of us on ALL my tables and ALL the rest were sitting out.


VERY ALARMING they halted ALL PLAY!

I have had similar issues and have emailed complaints about how everytime I join a game it disconnects me and I have to open the software back up and rejoin the game . By the time I rejoin my chip count has gone down several hundred chips and I have to rejoin game . I complained that it’s not fair when I play a game I start out with several hundred chips than other players.

It is not the first time of this same allegations with ACR. I could say even that it is famous. I do not know, how that room have a single player after all. And with the words of the CEO Phil Nagy. But is Incredible see many pros playing on ACR. I just hope they are not part of the deal. Cause that it is very common too.

they are compromised for sure, if you notice patterns as i do its crazy, not coincidence that it keeps happening, mostly, in betting situations where you should win the hand. why does it sometimes do the 99sec countdown, and sometimes skips it altogether but re connect into the next hand, BUT its only been 10.. SMH WHAT!

seriously they have to know something is wrong.

That happens always. it’s exactly what ACR do for years. Just take a look at min. 7:50.
