Do you have an link on FAQ , how to customize HM2 pop-up on HUD?

What exactly do you mean by 'missed flop'? You missed the flp and only have A hi? Or are you just referring to missed flop cbet?

My HM1 doesnt work at Full Tilt, Microgaming network and some tournaments of Party Poker (on freeroll its ok, but on 5K GTD hyper turbo it fails). Is there any patch for these problems?

Flop Cbet VS missed flop = if a preflop original raiser with a caller either in position or off position, and when this original raise checks flop, that caller fires a bet in position on flop or fires a bet off position on turn. [don't know if that data in the list I understand correctly, but that is kind of data I need]

Turn delayed Cbet VS missed flop = if a preflop raiser get called in a multiway pot, everyone checks on flop actually, then, on the turns, if any play who are NOT original preflop raiser , fires a leading out bet, or fires a bet in position if all player checks again. [ I do need this data in the micro stack cash table when a raise with a bunch of mixed bags call, and all check flop, turn, someone donkey....I need this one to put them in maths equation to analysis bluff percentage!]



Hope I could find some similar data like this.

This should be what you want:

Bet vs Missed CBet>Flop Bet vs Missed CB

1) If you double click it, it will switch from session to lifetime. Please note that if you run and HUD or Tournament Filters, it will be filtered to those. Hero hands in live play are only for the current table, so you can see your image at the table. Historic hands can be found in the replayer and reports.

2) In Stat Appearance (HUD Settings), you can color code ranges for stats. Typically, red = bad player for you, green = good player for you. So default red will be a tight vpip range, green will be a wide.

After I play my blinds, I will lose my connection to the session and I can't play another hand until I'm in the big blind again. Any attempts to read any reports during my session also brings my system to a crawl.

Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock (right-click the windows clock > adjust date/time > keep the clock with the seconds hand in the video) and poker client lobby clock in the video
- Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager and your prefs.xml file from the \Config folder.
- and your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/1921/How+Do+I+Send+a+Log+File+to+Holdem+Manager+Support?

how long do you think we have and what issues would you expect/predict when stars makes updates?

do i really have to purchase HEM2? because i trialled it and hated it so much it made me physically ill. sad time, i love the HEM1 software, outdated as it is, it works just fine, easy to use, doesn't take up much cpu etc.

It is hard to say - they don't always give much notice, or inform of what all changes they will make.

We can do a new trial now to test changes. We also have the Cloud which is a very light version of HM2.

I got one more question.
the HM2 works pretty well most of the time, unless
if I play carbon merge network between 11:30 pm - 00:25 am

the Cash table and SNG buyin table when game and hands finished
there is no show on the results [ In the report ]
unless I maybe open HM2 after 10:00 am next day.
it shows the results.

it happens almost every friday , saturdays, when I played games

Would you please let me know how/where shall I find the options to see the results instantly after game/hands finished?

PS: I think HUD works find, even results no show, but HUD shows/updates the data instantly during the problem period of time.

Please make sure that your Carbon hands are imported with the correct date/time. You can adjust this under Site setup-> <site> -> Adjust hand importi times... in HM2

Hey HEM rep. I am still having preferred seating issues at stars. It seems to have no rhyme or reason. But I am having to search players stats on each table. The last update said it resolved these issues, but they are not perfect with me. It is better than it was, but not as good as it used to be. Any ETA for a total fix?


@WiZZiM: I also hated HEM2 at first, but I have to say - especially the pop up stat window editor - I like it much more than HEM1. I found it a PITA to have to completely learn a new software but now am glad I did. (note to HEM rep - if you ever do an HEM3 PLEASE dont completely redo the entire program again...Even tho I said I like it, I also liked the old one, and the improvements could have been added w/o making the entire SW different IMO, maybe I am wrong, but just saying...... )

The latest release should have these issues resolved. I am not aware of anyone else still having problems.

1) Export any custom HUD configs.
2) Close HM2.
3) 'Cut' the following files, and 'Paste' them to a new folder such as your \Desktop. You want to move these files and not delete them, in case they are not the cause of the problem you can restore/replace them later:
- Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable "Hide protected operating system files": http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/questions/832/How+are+Hidden+Files+Viewed+in+Windows?+
- W7 - C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Config\prefs.xml and prefs.bak
- XP - C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\HoldemManager\Config\prefs.xml and prefs.bak
4) Restart HM2

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again. If the problem returns you know it is caused by your HUD and you will have to recreate it or import an older backup version of the exported HUD from before the problem appeared.

Our focus is and has been 100% on supporting and improving HM2 and development of the companion HM Cloud platform.

Beyond HM2 and HM Cloud, we have no plans for future versions of HM. We can't say we will never build a new version, but it's not something we expect to do anytime soon.

I bought HM2 today. I have been using HM1.

I have 2 problems with HM2:
1: HM2 measures Aggression Factor ("Agg factor" in HM1) totally different.
Flop, turn, river, HM2 measures two-three times bigger numbers...

2: I havent found the "steal limped pot" option in HM2. Where is it in HM2?
