Used to be a big cricket fan till i was in school, after college lost touch with the game. I watched a bit of the India vs Australia test, not bad, should be a good contest.

South Africa are the best at the moment - but where is their spinner? :dontknow: Peterson is ok, but nothing great. He's better suited for the ODIs etc.

We Indians have short (and selective) memories, hah!

IMO, you don't need a really good spinner to be a dominating Test team in the world. Two "great" quicks and some decent backups are enough. SA has one great quick in Steyn and two purty damn good ones in Morkel and Philander, and let's not forget Kallis. Not to mention their outstanding batting lineup...

When it comes to Test matches (the only format that really matters ) i think they probably are the best at the moment.
