Curse of the Minnesota Vikings

Any other Viking fans out there feel like the team is cursed? 4 super bowl appearances with zero championships. 15-1 1998 season getting chumped in the NFC championship when Gary Anderson missed the only field goal of the entire season. A 41-0 embarrassment in the NFC championship against the Giants in 2000. And now 2013 they can not even beat the Cleavland Browns and are 0-3.

The game yesterday was pretty sad. I don't know about them being cursed though lol

Ponder and coach Frazier need to pack their bags. If you grew up a Vikings fan as I have, you may understand my reasoning of being cursed. Eternal run bad at least.

ponder is from FSU a place not known for QBs. Frazier is terrible. why you would not run the ball when you have the best RB in the entire league is beyond me?!?!

No weapons in the passing game too compliment the running game that's the problem not many teams make the playoffs after starting 0 and 3

Like others have stated Minnesota will continue to be just mediocre until they can find an elite quarterback, it is by far the most important position in the nfl.

yup my dad and i each pick a longshot at the beginning of the season to win it all , he took the vikes. i got KC. on the upside for the vikes his picks almost always make the playoffs so dont lose hope just yet.

I think they are a pretty talented team overall, the issue seems to be coaching.

I can't remember a more ugly and disappointing game than last night, except maybe the 41-0 loss to the Giants in the NFCCG back in the Culpepper era years ago.

It just seems like the players have given up on Frazier completely.

A new coach is extremely necessary for this team. I mean hell, Notre Dame used to be HORRENDOUS in the NCAA Division I. New, solid coach and everything turned around for them.

QB is OK and I really have no opinion on the receivers atm.
