The divisions finally need to be corrected once and 4 all

For many years many teams have been playing in the wrong division. and I believe that they need to fix it already, in all leagues you can see this for yourself and imagine what it should really look like. wonder why your team never makes the playoffs or are the worst in their division a simple correction could change it all up and make things more interesting and true or maybe it's just me how do you feel about this if you feel anything at all?
