After 1 goal against Croatia and the goaless borefest against Scotland im not feeling confident about England in the knockout stages, assuming we get there. We are not scoring nearly enough goals to look a threat against the likes of Germany, Francy and Italy who are doing amazing at the mo. I feel we will be knocked out in the first knockout round.

If England wins tomorrow, they will play as the winner of Group D in the first knockout round vs. Germany, Portugal or France. You are right, this would be their knockout.
So they will try today to get a remis vs. Czech republic, to stay second in their group.

Germany always seem to get one over us at the big tourneys. However I have a feeling this time could be different. Hopefully Grealish plays, and I think he could be the difference, The draw has opened up even more for us or Germany, not that I'm getting to far ahead of myself yet.

I think 1-0 to England. I think Kane will finally get off the mark, or maybe Foden, as I still think he probs picks Foden ahead of Saka.

England offense needs to play better. Kane isn't getting the ball in good positions and no one seems to be able to break down a defender in the final 3rd. Defense has been very good, so they have a chance if someone shows up offensively.

Immaculate tournament football so far from England. Its not about appeasing the fans by picking loads of attacking players, or changing the game plan cos we are not scoring 'enough goals'

Its about trusting what they have been working on, believing in each other, and getting results, which we are doing!

If I was any other team right now, I wouldn't want to play England. How often has that been the case in the last 25 years??!

after victory against Germany, KANE and Company have free way through the final in my opinion... Ukraine in the quarters should be a formality, semis and final will both be played again on Wembley, a big advantage for England.

England escaped from Germany last night and now many people are considering that they are the main favorite to win the trophy, but now the next opponents - Ukraine or Denmark/Czech may they play defensively and these matches could be tougher than the match against Germany. Nothing sure for now for England, it is too early for coming home.

now the situation is such that not reaching the final will be a failure for England, and not winning the tournament either. because the tournament is home to them. but the other finalist will be more "hardened" anyway, and that could play a key role.
