It would be nice to see more people interested in womans football. I coach a semi pro side Vasco Da Gama in Cape Town, South Africa. It is sad to see the lack of interest and negative comments about womans soccer in South Africa, I doubt if the sport will ever grow here.

During England vs France we didn't even have a shot on goal yet the manager and commentators went off like they'd won the tournament. The womens game is a couple of decades behind the men's game, I personally can't see that gap being bridged. I wouldn't pay to watch a womens game nor would I watch a game on telly. I think this FIFA trying to deflect some of their bad deeds with promoting the womans game
