I recommend not trusting the results in BetStars, Check the matches in other sources to see the results, this happened to me yesterday, .. the team that I bet won (3-0) and BetStats gave me the game for lost, I bet the winner of the match!..But Betstars marks the bet as lost

It can happen anytime and anywhere. I too have experienced such a thing in another place.
I signaled to customer service, i have given the betting ID, and corrected the error. You don't have to panic, if you're right you get your winnings!

It's very strange that! Sure they will fix it because it is very obvious, the bet is simple, sometimes as their results are outsourced there may be mistakes, but tell us if they do not fix it, this will not be the case!

I had to wait 14 days to solve the problem, the customer service of pokerstars is very bad
