Will Conor McGregor fight in UFC 200?

It's looks like Conor and Dana White are in a battle when it comes to Conor fighting in UFC 200 or not. Conor "retired" for a day last week, and he didn't make the promo obligations for the card. What do you all think of Conor, and will he fight in UFC 200?

Part of me thinks that this is a HUGE fake out by everyone involved for the insane publicity this is receiving.
the other part of me is astounded that everyone is so publicly fighting and that there is literally NO MAIN EVENT announced for their biggest show of all time.
When push comes to shove, i think there is too much on the table for all parties involved and the diaz/mcgregor fight will happen.

I don't think Conor will fight in UFC 200. A Few days ago he even anounced his retirement.
