I feel like the New York Knicks have to be in that discussion. They're finally building a team organically through the draft, really excited about how they will develop.

I think their rookie center, Mitchell Robinson, is going to be the steal of this past draft

Knicks fans are always delusional, that team is going nowhere unless they somehow can land 2 allstars in free agency.

I really like some of the bulls young pieces like Wendell Carter and Lavine has really surprised me. They just need a PG and Lavine to get better at defense to start really contending.

The Nets have done a lot developing young players. I really like Carl Levert but I'm not a fan of their other young guards.
