I was playing a PKO yesterday and looked down at AA from EP. It was raised by a loose player and I 3 bet. The button cold 4 bets. The original raiser folds and I can either 5 bet jam or flat and see a flop. In this instance, I 5 bet jammed and got called by AA. I kind of laughed because what are the chances right. But then the flop came with 2 spades (I had the ace of spades) and I could feel that it was going to be one of those sick hands. Sure enough, turn and river were both spades. How crazy is that?
For sure it is weird, however yesterday in an MTT I cracked AA twice in four hands from the same player and in both cases I was holding suited connectors and caught...real strange is that at the final table the guy whose Aces I cracked knocked me out...love Poker

It is difficult to accept but the pair of AA I could lose very easily, recently I had a very good season where I lost with AA in my hands, I played it in different ways but always the same result: I lost, for a moment I decided to fold when I had AA

I can recall having aces beaten aces.

shame I was on the losing side.

Still sickest beat I've had so far was KK vs AA BB vs SB flopped quads lose to runner runner Aces :(

I played PKO yesterday and looked down on AA from the EP. It was picked up by a loose player and I made a 3-bet. Button makes 4 cold bets. The initial raiser folds and I can either bet 5 or call and watch the flop. In this case, I made a 5-bet and was equalized to AA. I kind of laughed because what the odds are right. But then 2 spades came in on the flop (I had the ace of spades) and I felt it was going to be one of those bad hands. Of course, the turn and river were peaks. How crazy is this?
It has already happened, the situation is the same. And not a single time...

I once participated in such a hand and even won it with a flush, but unfortunately by that time my stack was so small that even with such luck I did not last long.

Have experienced both losing aa vs aa and losing. It’s something that I’ll never be able to get out of so I accept the fate

Yes I have had the same happen to me, one time being the one making the Flush, other times losing to the other player, It is unusual but you have to accept it as being all part of the game.
If you are on the losing side, there is nothing you could have done differently, so no fault of yours.
You just have to "Suck it up, Buttercup":):)
