Just an additional more theoretical comment here. You are playing 200NL, and at such stakes the average opponent is certainly able to bluff, even when they are overbetting the river. So you can not put yourself into situations, where you literally fold your entire range. And in this particular spot you cant really arrive on the river with a hand better than JJ.
If you had QQ, you would likely have bet the flop, because the hand needs more protection and unblock top pair. And if you had 43s, you would likely just have called preflop, and if you did 3-bet, then you would have C-bet the flop, because its a draw, and its literally the nut low. So this is literally the best hand, you can even have, and for that reason alone its 100% a call, and its not even something, you need to think about.

So the far more interesting question is, which other hands you pick to call with to reach 38%, that arrive on the river this way? Its not easy to find any hands other than JJ, that really wants to call, and good players can exploit that by overbetting to apply max pressure to a capped range.
