Go All In with AKs Preflop ?

Depening on the opponent and the way the hand is played and stack sizes of course.
But I think in most cases I would play AKs to call his all in.
Up to some 75 BB stacks
AKo would be an easy fold though.

This question is complex because I believe that there are several variables. I have no experience with cash, I think there must be “roast blood” LOL... But in other types, tournaments, sng, depending on the number of chips, is ALL in yes.

hi,in tournament i think aks is pretty strong,but in cash game you need know who is the other player,if he goes "all win" with everything,probably will win,but against a good player i don't thing so

In my opinion it all depends on how tight you think 💭 this player range is and how many players are in the pot and if you feel to gamble cause you think 🤔 they have a small pocket pair and what hands 🙌 do people go all in with.

while AK is a really strong hand, its usually not worth it to go all in with it in cash games. In specific stages of a tournament its okay though

I think it's ok to do the 5betting all in so you have fold equity plus in ok shape if called. Calling off is not great but depends how wide villain is

You can if you want to go All-In.

AK is in the top 2-3% of starting hands in No Limit Hold'em. Even without knowing it, you can intuitively say that this starter must be very strong, given that it consists of the two highest cards in the deck.
You should always make a raise with that hand on the preflop when other players are trailing before you, regardless of your position. Limps should be avoided at all costs.

AK play perfectly through 3-bet on the velu against any position.
When faced with a raise, you'll want to 3-bet with that hand every time without any exceptions. Ak is just very strong against any reasonable 3-beta call range. Using a passive cold call line will mean winning a smaller pot on average in the long run.

When faced with a 3-bet, you should almost always 4-bet on a velu with AK. However, there are a few exceptions

If I saw someone do this at $1/2 live or with QQ, KK, AA with almost nothing in the pot then I wanted to play there and I wouldn't leave for a break once I got there.

I think A-K is a very strong hand that can go all in yes pre flop, but it depends a lot because A-A is much stronger so you have to know sometimes when to go
