The biggest problem I would say about the cash games is exactly what you learned: they are very volatile. Meaning you can feel like you just won the jackpot, or you can lose this months rent. What I mean is, you should only be playing cash game with a big enough bank roll. Thats why I would suggest playing tournaments. Tournaments you can consider your cost to be a sunk cost and not have to worry about getting knocked out (in lower buy-ins, which I recommend to beign building a roll) because You aren't playing for your live savings.
