First of all you have to master the range of open and then adapt them to the profile of the opponents

I think the best strategy for micros is basically being a huge nit, which is boring as can be poker wise but people simply will play anything in micros...

print up the open-raise range charts for your game and stick to them until you feel you remember them well enough.
AND, find some range charts for calling preflop!!! this to me is biggest leak of fish. your calling range should be tighter than your opening range.
play in position as much as possible.
and, play less tables while training your memory.

buy pokertracker4/hem. too many people focus on having a HUD as the main feature, but i feel that PT4's real strength is being able to study stats to improve your game.
