Playing vs loose or vs tight

What I’m wanting to know is the best counter strategy’s.
If someone is playing loose and aggressive, what would my best lines be?
If someone is playing tight and aggressive then what is my best line?

From what I understand myself the best is to counter tight with loose and loose with tight.
Now I have not really seen much as to the theory of this so if anyone is wiser on the theory side of this counter theory could someone please enlighten me

It seems to me that in your question you forget to specify 1 important point. This means that you have a good card to start the game, or you know that the opponent has a weak card and is trying to bluff.
