It’s now confirmed that Evoke (William Hill/888) is offering an 11% 'keep it' deal, but only to those who were fast enough to withdraw the glitched cash before they got caught. Conversely, a player who suffered a heart attack after his £285k win vanished was denied any deal; because the casino caught him before withdrawal, he was left with just a £15.40 refund.

If you had the money in your bank, would you take the 11% to avoid a court case, or would you dare them to try and claw it back legally?

Poor guy. I would definitely discuss this issue with the lawyer and then decide what my next steps would be. If my chances would look bad I would take the 11% to avoid further headache.

I agree. In a similar case (UK) Betfred went to court and lost the full £1.7 million from a casino glitch. Trust law firm that won similar case if it looks promising.
