I keep detailed statistics on my poker results. But as for other gambling games, I don't play often enough to keep my own statistics. I play 2-3 times a month and rarely spend more than $10 at a time. But if you play often and are serious about the game, statistics are a real necessity. When I play casino games I keep a file with every day's progress. Do you do the same? Do you write down your progress in order to watch your game and results over time?

I think it's a good idea to write everything down. These notes will allow you to play more effectively in the future and may even help you avoid unnecessary expenses. Maybe I'll start keeping a player's diary like this too. When I play casino games I keep a file with every day's progress. Do you do the same? Yeah this is a very logical conclusion because mostly when you are gambling you are losing money to the casino and not the opposite.I don't write down anything related to casino gambling. I think if I kept such records, I would have to analyze them and draw conclusions. And those conclusions would be such that I would have to quit gambling.
