I wonder if there are any meticulous players among us who keep track of their losses. Can you give us at least a rough estimate of how much money you have spent at the casino during the entire time you have been playing?

I have never lost any of my own money since I only play with free money that I want in some kind of promotions that rooms offer to their customers.

No , I don't keep track oc my exact losses at the casino . But generally I know if I am in the red zone or not , if I have many losses or if not . I have strict bankroll management generally , in poker and everywhere . So I can't lose control and start losing big time or go broke . But , on the whole , the money ghat I have spent in the casino are little , not so much . I play for fun mostly slots , so I bet 3-25c mostly , more $$ more rarely . Big losses take the fun away .

I lost a lot, but I'm comforted by the fact that I enjoyed the game.

I am sure that I am in profit overall for all the time I have been playing at casinos. The fact is that PokerStars and 888 promotions have brought me more money than I lost by playing with real money. If we are talking only about live casinos, then I lost somewhere around $20-30.

I am up lifetime, not because I am some sort of great player, but because I got lucky and quit when I was ahead.

The longer you play the less chance you have of being profitable in games where the house has an edge.

I started going to Las Vegas in the late 70s...when I was single, I went 2-3 times a year...now, my wife and I go usually once a year...close to a hundred trips to Vegas, and many more to Niagara Falls...not an accurate tally, but I can't recall more than 2 or 3 where I actually came home with a profit, so I've lost probably 98% of the time. I take just enough cash for table games and poker that fit within a reasonable travel budget (no more than $500US)...all in all, I would say that I've lost $25 - 30K since 1978...sounds like a lot, but when you consider an average trip with airfare, hotel, shows and food would be about $5000, my gambling losses are relatively small.

I can't say for sure, but I think I lost at least $60-70 thousand. I've been playing for over 30 years and I hope that the amount I spent is not more than what I said.

I think I lost no more than $300 over 12 years. Probably no more than $200.

I've been playing around 2005. Mostly sports betting, casino betting, poker. I lost the least in poker. Overall, I think I lost more than $20,000.

Throughout my casino visits, I only had a bad loss of $900 in one day when I was a real newbie. Then many other losses, but never more than $40 or $50. As to the wins, besides poker, I had two, $11,600 and $3,000. Overall, I think I'm barely in the positive.

Ого, это куча денег, друг! Ты их за все эти годы потерял или за один раз? Честно говоря, надеюсь, со мной такого никогда не случится!!!
Well, I used to win money, but I won't always lose, but in general, I'm in the red. I won $10,000 twice, but unfortunately I lost every penny of them. Sports betting and slots have ruined my life.

I have roughly the same approach to this matter :)

Philosophical approach. I've noticed that you often use this approach in poker :)

Yeah I mean this only goes for casino games because they are based on pure luck basically. With poker I use my own money or at least money that I have won before.

I think I lost no more than $3,000. That's not much considering I've been playing for over 20 years.

I probably don't spend more than $50-100 a year. On average, I think it's $75. Considering that I've been playing for about 17-18 years, it turns out that I've spent about $1,300 over the entire period. Not that much, which is acceptable to me :)

I have been gambling at casino for over 30 years. I am afraid to even think about how much I have lost. What I am willing to say is that once I lost $4,000 on slot machines in one night. And the worst part was that $3,700 of that money was not mine.

When you win a large sum, we all start playing and thinking about what will give us more, and as soon as we start losing them, we start winning them back and end up losing everything, then we make another deposit and lose again, and this happens to most players.
