Unattainable rewards and bonuses

Why is it that when looking at a casino and seeing the rewards or bonuses we always think it would be fun and easy to win and when you read the terms and play it is tedious and impossible to win a big reward?

Sometimes the missions are so annoying, like in GG poker's new missions. Today's mission is not that bad, just pocket 7's, but on the other day it was like "win with straight when villain looses with two pairs". I just gave up that stuff as I prefer working, living, eating and sleeping instead. I've notice that when I try to accomplish the missions, I mostly start playing in some bad manner just in order to achieve the goal. And the prizes are not that good anyway, I rather keep my sanity.

The promotions never seem to promote the rollover requirements.
