Do You Prefer Suited or Connected Hands

I love suited connectors for their potential. What's your go-to speculative hand?

I preffer suited because my experience say that I have better chance to win. But sometimes I play connectors too.

The ones in the same color are definitely my favorites, especially the royal one🙂

A2 suited can crush big pairs,That's why they have a lot of power in the game of poker such suited bullets

of course i like them, but had to learn the hard way and made many mistakes with them. Overestimating suited connectors in poker is a common mistake because players often fail to realize the hands' weaknesses, such as being prone to making second-best hands, and are unaware of the necessary conditions for them to be profitable. Instead of treating them as premium hands, it's crucial to recognize their potential as semi-bluffs, particularly in late position, and be wary of playing them out of position or against large raises, as well as not using them to call down large bets without strong equity.

I usually prefer suited hands because they give me more post-flop potential, like hitting flushes or strong draws. But I also like connected hands when I’m in position — they can surprise opponents with straights and disguised value. It really depends on the situation, but suited cards feel more comfortable to play, especially in multiway pots.
