There are two kinds of strongest hand, AA for example is flop-independent. So you can go ALL-in pre-flop and scare somebody out who maybe has a Table Cards dependand hand like QK. It all depends on each single individual situation. But usually AA is the best hand. If you see a 6,7, and 10 on the flop, and someoone raises a lot, you might need to fold.

Royal Flush. You cards are only part of the equation and do not even have to be used in the final makeup. Preflop Aces are the favourite but I am sometimes more concerned about two random cards than an under pair due to the different ways they can connect such as if they hit one of their cards its easier for them to make two pair for instance than me to make trips.
