What are your favorite starting hands?

Obviously it's great when you look down and see pocket Aces or Kings. But my favorite starting hand is suited. That one specifically, but I like all suited connectors, low or high. And suited gappers, too. I will almost always try to see a flop with those hands, as long as it's reasonable to do so.

What about you guys?

it is a mistake to have a favorite starting hand , it is better and also guided by profitable starting hands chart taking into account the position .

Interesting. I personally HATE AJ. It's too easily dominated and it usually is. But to each their own.

Another hand I really like is 54 suited. I've had pretty good luck/success with it over the years.

I love medium pocket pairs in the 55-99 range. They're so easy to play and you don't need to stress so much about "set over set" like you would with 22-44.

K J diamonds. I had 2-4 of spades on the old cake poker, many all in's on the river ( cash low stakes ). I had a straight flush and got massive value.

I prefer AK or AQ because is not hard be dominated in this hand. For example, If I AQ in my hand and the opponent has A5. In the flop shows J, 8, 5. In this case, I´m all dominated, because would be hard to appear 5. I would be the dominator. As the 5 appears on the flop, I dominated this round

What about your LEAST favorite hands? For me it's AJ and AQ. I despise both those hands. They are easily dominated and usually are.

Don't like KK last time. Often meet AA opposite. If it comes to the flop, then certainly with an ace and I lose.
