I don't remember a specific mistake, but there are times that I'm not with patience to play poker and for some reason I decide to play either way. When this happens, I usually make bad decisions like playing with cards that I usually don't play to double up fast.

I can say that with a couple of AA, I lured a player from the big blind and he ended up collecting a straight and I lost a very big pot on the river he put all the chips and I didn't believe him and hit the call and lost I bet a very small bet to the river and as a result I don't do that anymore sometimes I don't need to lure a player the result is like this

Generally getting distracted/losing focus or playing too many tables which resulted in quite a few timeouts with nutted hands.

There biggest single mistake I ever made playing poker was the first time I played with my friends and I knew I had a better hand than my friend so just called on the river. Big mistake a few hands later he took all my chip. There are no friends at the poker table!

Something I still do and would warn against is getting bored with having rubbish hands over and over again. That is still not a good reason to play a mediocre hand.

The first time I played in a MTT at a casino was at MGM National Harbor in DC. About 4 hours later it was bubble time, everybody was folding, taking no chances. There were just 2 tables left about 15 players. I got a pair of tens on the button, and it folded around to me, so I shoved. SB was quiet, counted my chips, had me covered, thought about it for awhile and shoved w KK. As I walked away, there was a loud cheer as it was announced that the remaining players were all in the money. Not a good feeling.

My biggest mistake, or rather my systemic mistake, is haste in making decisions. Sometimes I make more emotional than logical decisions and this usually leads to losses.

My biggest mistake happened in a CC freeroll. I hit the max flush (K10 diamond with 2 diamonds + the ace of diamonds on the board) the opponent shoved at the river. I thought to myself: Even if we have two 9 on the board, I cannot believe that he has a full-house... and I called. Big mistake

I think it was to continue playing after having had a couple of bad beats, and to continue playing with the anger of the moment. It's best to give yourself some time to process it and cool your head. When you don't play focused, you tend to make a lot of mistakes, which are very expensive.

The biggest mistake I made when I started playing poker was that I was constantly bluffing against bad players at micro-limits. It's just terrible, never do that, bad players will call all your bets even if they have, for example, third pair or even the highest card, an ace. Another mistake that I made and many other players make is to enter the hand with a limp. Never do this, only sometimes you can afford it if you know how your opponents play

I once lost a lot of money during a poker game because I let my emotions get the best of me. It taught me to stay calm and not make reckless moves when things aren't going my way .

I did not pay attention to the flop and continued betting and lost to a straight I should have seen.
